    How many times have you said if I just knew what to do to change my life I would do it?

    This article and the ones to follow will assist those who are searching to create stability in their life and offer additional support to those who have already started on that path. We will explore different aspects of human psychology to help each of us find again the connection to ourself. Practical solutions and exercises will be given in each segment.

    There is no place to run, there’s no place to hide. Things have changed; we have all been affected in one way or another. Life is different.

    This gives us the perfect opportunity to come to know ourselves on a deeper level. Learning to understand our choices instead of repeating automatic behaviors is a huge personal victory which opens space inside us for more self-acceptance. Through this process, we can learn to care for our body and at the same time to make healthy choices which build up our confidence.

    7 steps. 7 teachings. Are you willing? Are you worth it? Of course, you are!

    Step 4 begins in the choice realm.

    Choices are not limited to time and space. They can have a tremendous impact in the moment of for centuries to come. Some choices are short-lived and relegated to your local environment.


    Others change the world!!!

    What choices did you make before the world shifted to put you in the position you are now?

    Would you make those same choices again?

    What if anything would you have done differently, knowing what you know now?

    The world has changed. It will not go back to the way it was. Now we all have new choices to make daily on many different topics that will indeed impact our future and our children’s children’s futures as well. We are in uncharted territory so being able to make wise choices is critical. We must remember the ancient practice of using choice to not become slaves to the outside environment.
    I don't know what happened to two and three! Maybe they will show up later.

    The fifth step is movement.

    Movement is the lifeblood of the universe. Everything is in perpetual motion. Nothing stands still. The oceans move, the seasons change, day turns to night. Consciousness moves and shifts.

    The world consciousness has shifted. Its daily push into a deeper pattern of fear of the unknown is creating much stagnation in people’s mind-body and spirit.

    Human consciousness is cycling within strict patterns of control. All based on what we can do, and what we can’t do under the imposed propaganda machine of fear. What’s interesting here is when someone empowers the fear their internal movement shifts toward survival. Survival energy creates powerful mood swings and deep stagnation limiting the ability to feel and make critical choices. Our bodies are not meant to stay in a high-stress mode for long periods of time.

    The world has changed, life is different, there is no more time to waste. Now is the time to choose to move into that direct path of what will be the best possible outcome for you and your families.

    Movement on all levels is essential for the health as well the catalyst to change.

    Movement is a required aspect to cleanse the blood and remove toxins from the body.

    Movement is vital for life.

    The sixth step is awareness and energy.

    Thoughts create life.

    Feelings define our experiences.

    What we give our attention to we create.

    When we combine our thoughts about life and how we feel, we focus our energy and create from that state of being.

    The experience of that creation is defined by our perceptions about life.



    The outcome of that is determined by the energy in which it was created in.

    We are bombarded with information rooted in fear and panic.

    We are living under a global threat. What is happening on the planet is unprecedented. For the first time in our history, the whole world has been shut down? Control has become the mode of operation and we are being manipulated by fear. Wow, that sounds like science fiction…

    How does that trigger your already overactive stress response?

    How does that change your perception about your life and the possibilities there-of?

    In this sixth step, of the series 7 steps for change, we discuss awareness and why it’s absolutely necessary for self-development, and why every thought and every choice matter. Your life’s experiences are a result of your energy. Your thoughts, feelings, and actions focus your energy and create your life.

    So what is step 7?

    Over many years of teaching and listening for thousands of hours, I offer this advice.

    Don’t use someone else’s theory with someone else words trying to have someone else’s experiences ultimately trying to live someone else’s life.

    Speak to yourself with your words about your life and your choices and what you want to experience.

    Stop dragging your past around like a medal of dishonor as proof of what doesn’t work.

    Let go through the wisdom of forgiveness.

    We all have been catapulted into a new reality. What we do with this is completely up to us. We have all been affected by the changes that have taken place and continue to happen on a regular basis.

    Based on current events we journey together into the unknown, a journey with different rules and regulations. A journey that will test our ability to find ourselves within the madness that’s all around us.

    There is no single tool, technique, or recipe that will work for everyone. There is no magic pill or secret society.

  6. #6 7 Steps to Change Your Life: Step 3 – Food — by Kanta Rudy 
    It has become quite clear to see that regardless of what foods we eat we must be in a position to create an environment of digestion for these foods to nourish the body. The human body is a precise organism that works with the whole being, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Besides, our body is not separated from our outer world and the environment we live in. If one part is upset, it will throw off the balance of the rest. We need to be in harmony with our surroundings when we try to absorb nutrients from the food. We set in motion our body’s ability to digest before the food actually arrives in our stomach. The size of each bite, how well the food is chewed, and the pace of consumption, all play a very important role in what nutrients our body can actually absorb. Moreover, the whole process is also colored by the emotional situation we are in.

    There are more people on the planet now than ever before. The size of the human population creates many difficulties. Specifically, in regards to the amount of food needed to support the population, science is looking for alternatives in the case of food shortages. This has birthed genetic engineering. Although in theory, genetically altered foods may be part of a solution in case of world food shortages, there is also another side where science is changing the core life structure of foods for different reasons.


    Addiction in our societies has reached epidemic proportions and food has become the drug of choice for many, the unlimited painkiller.


    People are addicted to food because of how it makes them feel in the moment. It affects the brain just like any other mind-altering drug. What we don’t realize is what we eat and the way in which we eat may actually be making us ill, one meal at a time.


    Every piece of food we place into our bodies creates a response. Whether that response is beneficial or not depends on many aspects.

    Step 2 in the 7 step journey begins with our belief systems. This maze of identifying who we think we are and what we can accomplish is a complex set of thoughts actions and reactions that create the foundation of everything we experience in our lives.

    How many times have you flirted with change only to have it slip through your fingers like oil?


    How come we believe it’s almost impossible to change how we think feel, and act on the deepest of levels?


    Why is it, that the ideas we carry have become law?


    What are these seemingly immovable objects that keep us stuck in old programmed repetitive cycles of pain?


    Maybe we need to ask this question first?
